Residential: 259 one to three bedroom apartments above retail.
Retail: 80,000 sq ft superstore for Tesco (Biggest Tesco built)

Role: Facade Package Lead (designed and detaied) for the entire project (Concept & Realisation). Lead from RIBA Stage 3 through to construciton.
