Roles & Responsibilities 


  • Designing and Planning: As Director, I collaborate with the architects and design team to create detailed design plans for projects, ensuring that they meet the client's needs and comply with building codes and regulations.
  • Project Management: I am responsible for managing and coordinating projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. I work closely with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that the project is delivered successfully through the stages.
  • Communication: I communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure that everyone is briefed and up-to-date with project requirements, progress and any changes to the plans.
  • Leadership & Problem Solving: I supervise and guide architects and other direct reports, on design and process, to ensure that they understand the requirements and deliverables of the project. I work to identify and solve design and construction-related problems that arise during the project.
  • Quality Assurance: I review and evaluate design plans and construction documents to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Research and Development: I keep up to date with industry developments and research to ensure that the organization is using the latest technologies and design methodologies.
  • Business Development & Client Relationship: I identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the firm's business and increase its revenue through active networking as well as nurturing existing relationships for repeat business.

Experience with complex mixed-use developments on Key sites in the city and town centre environment involving successful consultations with the public and multiple stakeholders; Working with NHS and other public sector organisations; Working alongside Healthcare Planner to provide detailed site planning and development viability to assist appraisals of surplus land located on both of their acute hospital sites,Lewisham & Greenwich.


  • Knoll Road - Mixed Use Master Plan at Camberley Surrey for Surrey Heath Borough. Offering 35,000 sqm of flatted development, Hotel; 5,000 sqm of Retail and Public; 12,000 sqm allocated for 79 houses.
  • Brixton Road - Mixed Use Feasibility scheme for SLaM (South London and Maudsley). Offering 1,000 sqm of Healthcare; 5,000 sqm of Residential (60 flats).
  • Weybridge Masterplan –Mixed Use Master Plan comprising of 3 sites for Elmbridge Borough. Offering 3,000 sqm of Health Hub; 1,000 sqm of Library & Community Centre; 3,890 sqm Care Home; 12,365 sqm Residential (150 flats) & 100 bed Hotel.
